This step of the login process checks whether a shockwave plugin required for learning desktop topics like MS Office, Photoshop, Flash and so on is installed on the Web browser or not. This is indicated by the small pop up menu. If the shockwave plugin is found to be installed then the pop up menu disappears.

In case this plugin is not found, you are prompted to download it as shown. Click on 'Click here to download'. If required, this is to be done only once.

Once 'Click here to download' is clicked the browser navigates to the 'Macromedia's website, downloads the shockwave plugin as shown. Click on 'Install now'.

This screen then appears. Click on 'Yes' to start downloading the plugin.

The downloading shall take few minutes and installation will start on as shown.
