The Course Navigation Bars:

There are two types of navigation bars in use, one for intensive content the other for intensive graphics.

Using the navigation bar for intensive content:

The character shown in yellow on the buttons are keyboard shortcuts to access services.

	Displays help on how to use the navigation bar.
	Accesses the index of a course along with other course features.
	Allows the search of a subtopic in a course.
	Enters the chat forum.
	Delivers a glossary on the course.
	Shows the present location in the course. Helps navigate back and forth through course contents using the yellow arrows. (The image displays the 2nd page out of 169 pages)
	Enters the Bulletin Board.
	Displays Frequently Asked Questions on a course.
	Permits printing of the current page.
	Closes the course and memorizes your current page.

Using the navigation bar for intensive graphics:

Instruction Box: All the navigation buttons are embedded in an ‘Instruction Box’. This is located at the bottom right hand side of the simulated screen. The functionality of the buttons are similar to those in the navigation bar of intensive content courses. The current location within a particular chapter is shown pictorially by a horizontal progress bar at the bottom of the instruction box.
