Simulation in Desktop Topics:

To work with interactive desktop courses the Macromedia Shockwave Plugin has to be installed in the browser. Please refer to Installing Macromedia Shockwave Plugin.

For courses such as MS Word, Photoshop or Flash the exact screen of a application is visible, additionally the ‘Instruction Box’ is visible at the bottom right hand side of the window.

The ‘Instruction Box’ at the bottom right hand side of the window, informs about a particular application menu item or command with a description. Members are given instructions, which simulates a replica of the actual software

In case members do not follow the instructions given they get a pop up window reminding them to follow the instructions in toto.

Members can try out the steps explained simultaneously on the actual package if it is installed on their PCs.
